The management here isn't hospitable. The bedsheets had burn marks. The place smelled of smoke and mold. Toiletries and towels are limited. The beds are squishy; not plush. I was most comfortable sleeping on top of the bedspread [fully clothed]. I did not eat breakfast; but I overheard the cook tell a hungry guest that she'd cooked her limit of 70 biscuits.

The room was clean and a decent value. The staff was super friendly.

Stayed here 2 years ago and they had just completed a renovation. Everything was fresh and new. Come back 2 years later and the carpet was very dirty. Something must have happened in the room that I had to one of the walls and instead of painting the entire wall they did patchwork and the paint doesn't match. These types of things takes away from the quality of the Inn/Suites. The breakfast had changed. The lighting in the rooms was very dim. You would think that at least the bathroom would be BRIGHT but not so. Very disappointed. I will say that the staff were polite. I could say so much more but will close here. I'm hopeful that upper management reads these reviews and make the necessary changes.

Very nice staff but very creepy hotel. It was kinda old school, reminded me of the shining. The rooms were cleaning but very old looking. The land line in our room like buzzed and made static noises all night, sometimes loud, sometimes not so loud. Our phones did not work at all in the hotel which I felt was weird bc wal mart and a few other businesses were directly behind and on side the location, like how could there be no cell service? The night shift person, Sloane I believe her name was, extremely nice. The breakfast was not very good I am sorry to say, but at least it was provided.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bathroom was not supplied with toilet paper. Waited second in line at the front desk for over 15 min to request a roll but ANOTHER guest walked in and was helped before me. That took another 20 minutes. Meanwhile the business phone is ringing off the hook and she tells it, "you gone have to wait." Finally I get to ask for a roll of toilet paper and the receptionist tells me, as she points her fingers at me without any eye contact, "You gone have to wait." It's not a good look when you have to raise your voice and give that look to get someone to DO THEIR JOB. Her personal cell phone obviously is kept closer to her than the business phone due to the annoying loud ringtone. The pool is broken. The back door does not lock.. Anyone without a key can walk in. I've been to a ton of hotels in my life traveling for my kid's baseball/softball teams and I have NEVER been disappointed enough to give a bad review! Will NOT be coming back. Too bad I had to rate it 1 star just to be able to post my review.
